The role of the hormone progesterone is very important in the early weeks of pregnancy, where the placenta or placenta has not formed. Progesterone also plays a role in growing breast tissue and ensuring it does not produce breast milk prematurely.

Because of these effects, gynecological enhancing drugs in the form of progesterone supplementation are often given to pregnant women. The question is now, do all pregnant women need it, or only certain groups?

Containers are often given to prevent miscarriages, namely fetal death before 20 weeks' gestation. This is a standard prescription for women with a history of recurrent miscarriages (more than 3 times) that is unknown. Women who are just pregnant for the first time are also often prescribed when experiencing spots in early pregnancy, which can be a threat of miscarriage.
