So you will get the right and appropriate treatment. In addition, you also need to do several ways that you can do at home to help with healing, namely:
- Squat first when you lift heavy weights and stand up
- When sitting, standing and walking, try to position the spine straight and straight
- If you have to work or drive in a long sitting position, rest first and do a light stretch, carrying a load not only on one shoulder.
- Sleeping position, if you often lie on your back, give a bump or pillow under your knees, if you often sleep beside a bolster or pillow between the folds of your legs. This position can reduce pressure on the back and minimize pain.
- Keep moving actively to speed up healing, namely with light activities such as walking and doing daily activities that do not cause pain or burden your back.
- Taking painkillers, can be paracetamol or ibuprofen. But be careful in some people, although rarely can cause allergic reactions. Don't take ibuprofen if you are suspicious or pregnant.
