How do You Know What Bra Size You Are

The size of each girl's breasts is different. For that, we have to know, the size of our breasts, before buying a bra. Because, if it is not in accordance with breast size, as a result we will feel uncomfortable, because our breasts are not supported properly. If the bra that we choose is too big, then the breast will not hold back. More than that, it will actually cause interference with the spine and the breast will relax, due to the influence of gravity. Whereas if you use a bra that is too small, you can get blisters and sores on your breasts. If the bra size is right, then the breasts will also develop well.

Bra size consists of two parts, namely the breast and cup circumference. To determine the part of the breast circumference, measure around the bottom of the breast (under bust). The following bra circumference size is in accordance with the lower breast circumference:

Lower breast circumference: 63-67 cm, bra size: 30 or 65
Lower breast circumference: 68-72 cm, bra size: 32 or 70
Lower breast circumference: 73-77 cm, bra size: 34 or 75
Lower breast circumference: 78-82 cm, bra size: 36 or 80
Underarm circumference: 83-87 cm, bra size: 38 or 85
Lower breast circumference: 88-92 cm, bra size: 40 or 90

Whereas to determine the cup size on the bra, you must measure the top of your breast (top bust). After that, use this formula:

Top Bust - Under Bust + 2 cm = cup size

If the result is 10-12 cm, Cup A
If the result is 13-14 cm, Cup B
If the result is 15-17 cm, Cup C
If the result is 18-19 cm, Cup D
If the result is 20-22 cm, Cup E

Example:
Top Bust: 85
Under Bust: 75
Difference: 10
Size: 34A or 75A

You can use this method to measure your bra to choose the right bra size. However, if different brands, types or materials, bra sizes sometimes differ slightly. So, make sure to try it.
