How to Measure Bra Size and Cup Size

During his life, women experience changes in breast shape many times. The size of a bra that is not right makes you uncomfortable even can cause the body is not proportional.
The size of the bra is divided into two, the lower circumference of the breast and cup. To determine the lower circumference of your breast, measure your rib cage, just below the breast.
- lower breast circumference 63-67 cm: your size is 30/65
- breast circumference 68-72 cm: your size is 32/70
- lower breast circumference 73-77 cm: your size is 34/75
- lower breast circumference 78-82 cm: your size is 36/80
- lower breast circumference 83-87 cm: your size is 38/85
- lower breast circumference 88-92 cm: your size is 40/90
To find out the size of your bra cup, place a measuring tape on the front of your breast, past the nipple part. Measure at your convenience, not too tight or loose. Write down the results and note the formula:
(the size of the circumference of the lower circumference) + 2 cm
Guide:
Cup A: if the difference is 10-12 cm
Cup B: if the difference is 13-14 cm
Cup C: if the difference is 15-17 cm
Cup D: if the difference is 18-19 cm
Cup E: if the difference is 20-22 cm
