Therapy for Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain is a fairly common condition and can be triggered by a variety of problems, such as muscle spasms, shifts in joints, sprained ligaments, disorders of the spine (the middle part of the back or neck), or even because of heart disease. However, the most common cause of shoulder pain is because the muscles and / or ligaments are slightly attracted, usually because they are too excessive when used at work or when practicing.
