  • Cycling with speeds of 22 to 26 km per hour for 1 hour will burn 680 calories.
  • Cycling with speeds of 26 to 30 km per hour for 1 hour will burn 816 calories.
  • Cycling with a speed of more than 30 km per hour for 1 hour will burn 1,088 calories.
