Zumba is a sport that reflects Latin fitness and dance movements that are currently popular among women. World celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Madonna are keen to persevere. Not only promising fitness, Zumba also managed to burn calories, fat, and healthy heart.
Although the Zumba movement seems relaxed, it does not mean the origin of motion. The movement portion is 70 percent dance and 30 percent is fitness. In zumba the most important thing is to enjoy music. Zumba's movements focus on the hips, waist and legs, forming body postures and curves.
The combination of cardio and dancing makes zumba fitness much loved by women. Even more like women like to dance and mix Moms movements will feel like being in a disco room or a nightclub. But the difference is, this is healthy because without alcohol and cigarette smoke. The positive results of zumba fitness that can be felt directly are mastered:

- Lose weight without being burdened with heavy training, like other physical exercises.
